For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Cell Phone Number, Email, Birthday. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you like Google Location services and for sending promotional messages from merchants where you have registered to Ally One Rewards system.
We collect purchase information automatically when you transact with one of the merchants using Ally One Rewards platform, which include details from your bill like totals, order data (e.g., category of items purchased and their purchase price) for the calculations of reward points and crediting reward points to your loyalty rewards account with the corresponding merchant. Merchants could view summary of daily Sales Transactions for all their businesses using "Ally One Manager " App
The Service will automatically send you E Mails with different types of promotions. You may opt-out of receiving E Mails by doing so in the communication settings in your profile of Ally One Rewards App. This has to be done for each merchant where you are using our App / service.

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages by doing so in the communication settings in your profile of Ally One Rewards App. This has to be done for each merchant where you are using our App / service. We would like to inform you that we will not share / sell your mobile numbers with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We offers the option to our customers to engage in conversations with drivers to provide fast solutions; Message frequency varies; Message and data rates may apply; Text HELP for help; Reply STOP to cancel; Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

If you are under 18 years old and a California resident, you have the right to request the removal of your personal information from the app, for which you have to send you’re your request in writing to us, including the email address or cell phone number associated and statement that you residing in California, using the contact email address given below. We will make sure that the data will not be publicly displayed in the App and please be aware that the data may not be completely removed from all our system (eg : backups)

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
